I shopped almost the entire web to look for something that's functional, attractive with ample storage.. This one is it.. It matched my parents' rose wood furniture beautifully; my father stores all his knick-knack in the drawers and shelves.. It not only served as a computer desk, it also solved his storage need; not to mention how integrated it looked with other furniture in the room.. - Go ahead, charge it..

This desk is very pretty, nicer than the pictures. The finish is not as shiny as the picture which is good, I didnt want it to be very shiny. It took some time to assemble but the directions were easy to follow. - Budget shopper

Looks great once you put it together but there are many small blemishes on it from the factory. We ordered two and the second one we had to send back as it was too damaged. Open it up and look at all pieces before you accept it - which is a pain! - F and J

This seems to be a sturdy desk but really took a VERY long time to assemble. I consider myself to be an advanced do it yourselfer and couldn't believe how long it took to assemble. The directions, however, were very clear. I'm dissapointed that it doesn't have a flip face keyboard drawer (it just has a tray) and I'm also very dissapointed that there's no lock for either of the drawers, especially the file drawer. The worst part is that my computer tower is too deep and I can't close the door. If they would have made a series of punchouts in the back of the compartment as they did with the monitor area, I would have been able to close the door, as the plug which hits the back of the compartment would be able to stick out, rather than take up the inch that forces the tower out of the compartment. Anyway, for compressed wood, it seems VERY strong. But of course, if the budget allows, go for plywood or solid[...]Overall a good buy. - Lou
