Promised delivery 8/3/12 - delivered 7/28/12 Looks great in the bedroom Top 3 drawers had knobs - bottom 4 drawers missing knobs. Sent e-mail on 7/30/12 about missing 4 knobs. Response by e-mail on 7/30/12 problem being resolved. E-mail and phone call from Terry Stevens on 7/31/12 that parts ordered and usually take 3-10 days for delivery. Called Terry on 8/8/12 for an update, but no response back. We still don't have the knobs. - JFS
