We plan to use the new trundle bed in a guest room that is predominately used by youngsters as it displaces a futon. It is attractive, sturdy and the lower bed rolls out easily to accommodate an added person. It came extremely well packed and was easy to assemble....a solid attractive value! - Jay

If my husband and I could assemble this daybed with ease, then anyone can do it. In order to accommodate overnight guests, we use the daybed in our den instead of a couch. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality and attractiveness of the wood. The daybed is rock solid and can support a lot of weight, thanks at least in part to its slats. As others have noted, it does appear quite large once it is set up. That is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. - SK

We use it in the livingroom since my husband has to lay down constantly since he is handicapped. It's attractive yet does not overwhelm the room. So far I love everything about it. - Lindan
