The trundle is comfortable though low and light enough to be moved to another space for separate sleeping. Our only difficulty was putting together the platform for the bed; we were simply not clear on what the directions meant. However, it is the SOLIDEST, highest quality daybed we have ever seen, and we feel we got excellent value for the money. Highly recommended. (The trundle is the same construction and went together like a breeze, once we figured the platform out.) - Lolly & Pop
