We were looking for a relatively small bench for our entry hallway with a quality wood finish, and this product really looked attractive in the illustration. Upon receipt and assembly, it turned to be even more attractive than we had anticipated, and the storage space under the seat has proven to be quite useful. The biggest positive surprise was how sturdy the whole bench is. Definitely a keeper. - DLM
