Using this shelving unit to hold books, lego projects and toys that would otherwise be on the floor. We also have a lamp atop the unit, which is a great compliment. We purchased the entire Sonoma line for our sons bedroom and we are quite pleased with the completed project. We wanted something that was going to last at least another 10 years without breaking the bank. This line definetly provdied this. Great looking and easy on your wallet. Assemble was easy and straight forward. Design is good and all pieces are sturdy. We purchased desk, hutch, nightstand, 48" bookshelf and 5 drawer dresser. - Shaggiinator
