We used this desk in a cape code dormer and it is perfect use of the space for a teen room. When not in use (sleepovers/summer! etc) it can be folded up and out of the way. All of the furniture I have gotten from One-Way has been solid and quality built. This piece is a little heavy out of the box so expect to need two people to place it. - Winky
The only thing was that the hieght for drilling was an inch and a half to high (57.75") So lower the height. But all and all what a great idea! - Donnah
