I was very impressed with the quality of the product. I had the items in my house 4 days after ordering them. They were packed very throughly and I had no problems with breakage or chipping. I would highly recommend One Way Furniture!

It probably seems over the top to give an excellent review, but I have had nothing but the best of experiences with this compmany starting from the day I decided to purchase a bed to the day it was delivered. I simply threw out the name of the item I wanted and this company stood out right from the start with beautifully displayed samples that were EASY TO EXAMINE, and THOROUGH, succinct descriptions as to what to expect from the product. It was a FLAWLESSLY COORDINATED DELIVERY routine, apprising me each step along the way again as to what to expect. The delivery was generously on time. This bed is everything I expected. We recently ordered a Jamestown Landing Pub Table from this company. Having never ordered large furniture online before I was a bit leary of it, concerned about possible damage in transit and return policies, etc. The table arrived much faster than we expected, and was packed extremely well in styrofoam, bubblewrap, and a box within a box. Delivery was free and on-time (they called first to set up a time that Id be here). The table itself is very high-quality, heavy, well-made, and in perfect condition. Assembly instructions were very clear. If all of their products are like this one, Id highly recommend them!

Unlike many retail store fronts that are confusing and have just way too much on their home page, Onewayfurnitures site is well organized and pleasant to browse. They have great selection (including unique pieces), very reasonable prices, and checkout is hassle-free. Plus, update and confirmation emails are prompt and informative. I ordered something that was on backorder, so havent received it yet. but, I did receive an update email notifying me of the ship date.

On Jan. 27th I ordered a Kitchen Card and received it in record time!! Assembly instructions were great and easy to follow.It was delivered during a rainy day and delivery person took the time to see that it was well covered in my car-port since I was not available at time of delivery. Not one drop of moisture was found on the package!The cart was assembled in no time and I am now enjoying its use in my kitchen.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience with One Way Furniture After numerous visits to the web for this item, I just happend to go to One Way Furniture Well I got more than I baggained for!!! I orderd on or about the 19th of Dec. At the time of my order, there was a warning that the item was on back order until Jan 15th 2006. After contemplating, I ordered with an expectation that I would not recieve my item in time for Christmas, which was definately my fault for waiting til the last minute. I am pleased to say that my package arrived 2days BEFORE Christmas. You will never know how much you have blessed me. It is obvious that you go out of your way for your customers.
