It holds a lot of my CD's. It has a lot of shelves..I can categorize my CD's so that they are in order. - Josephine

We bought this for use in our kid's closet to put their DVDs in. It works great & is very spacious. The top shelf has a lip over it, so when you put DVDs in, you have to tilt them, but it's not that much of an inconvenience for me. The wood quality is much better than the other racks I have purchased from local retailers. I am really satisfied with this choice. - Monique

I bought this cabinet for DVD storage. Although it performs the task well and competes nicely with others like it which I have, I gave it only four stars out of five for two reasons. First, it needed to be about two or three inches taller. The dimensions force you to arrange the shelves so that there is a couple of inches of wasted space above each row of DVD's. Had the unit been just a bit taller, another entire row could have been stored. Second, the decorative flanges which cover the ends of the unit and go down the middle have a DVD hidden behind them. I am able to reach every DVD on every shelf of other units which I have, but with this one I must do a juggling act and pull out a bunch before I can see what is hidden behind the flange. I certainly consider the unit satisfactory and would buy it again, but it falls short of being perfect because of design shortcomings. - MRC

Ordered it and 2 days later it was at my door. Easy to assemble. Sturdy construction. Didn't use the trim piece under the top so that I could easily read the DVD titles and evenly distribute the rows. Two of them look very nice aside my big screen. Highly recommend them. - peggle

Used the product for a mix of CD's and DVD's. Only problem is I guessed wrong on the capacity. So, I ordered another one just like the first. (I had more CD's scattered around the house than I realized.) But that was my purpose - organize my Music and Movies. - ParrotHead Fred
